Application:
As a new feed additive. Calcium diformate weight gain, using Calcium diformate as a piglet feed additive, can promote piglets appetite and reduce the rate of diarrhea. Calcium diformate is added to the feed in a neutral form. After the piglets feed on the digestive tract, they will release traces of formic acid, thus reducing the pH of the gastrointestinal tract. It promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria in the digestive tract and reduces the effects of the disease in piglets. During the first few weeks after weaning, adding 1.5% Calcium diformate to the feed can increase the growth rate of piglets by more than 12% and increase feed conversion by 4%
